They were able to distribute food to 1,700 people today and plan to do the same on both Friday and Saturday. Each person received a 50lb bag of rice!

Road from the School to the Orphanage
According to what we have heard, many of these homes were destroyed in the earthquake. This photo was taken September 2009.
Thank you so much for posting this blog. We are in the process of adopting from the orphanage, and it's such a comfort to be able to hear a little about what is going on down there. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me about John's picture- is that Lourdes Mica/Rhode that he's holding and feeding a bottle to? Thanks so much!
